His career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation, growth, and establishing strategic partnerships that drive organizations toward global success and sustainable excellence. Charlie's extensive leadership experience in Higher Education includes Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at DeVry University, Director of University Development at Western Governors University, CEO of CMS Global, Inc., Vice President of Global Operations at Apollo Education Group, and Territory Vice President at the University of Phoenix.

Jeff Nelder
Jeff Nelder is the Chief Purpose Officer of EFFA
and a seasoned advisor of leadership and marketing teams across multiple industries, large and small, as well as both for-profit and not-for-profit, such as New York University, Hot Chalk Inc. (Bertelsmann Education), Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Pocket (acquired by Mozilla), Quartz, Ecorithm SAAS, Apollo Education Group, American Heart Association, Shareable, GOOD Worldwide, George Zimmer's Generation Tux, Sutter Health, Heal the Hero Foundation, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Jeff has served as Vice President of Media and Communications at Apollo Education Group, CMO of Good Magazine, CMO of Cloud9 Online, Inc.

Charlie Nguyen
Professor James is the Executive Producer of the EFFA podcast
American educator, researcher, critical thinking advocate, and internationally recognized artist and producer. He served as the founding Executive Director of the University of Florida (UF) Digital Worlds Institute from 2001 through 2023. Before being recruited by UF he was founding Director of the AudioLab in the Graphics, Visualization, and Usability (GVU) Center in the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. The Professor holds five Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for his original film and television soundtracks. In addition to creating and producing for corporate clients including Delta Airlines, Equifax, IBM, and WTBS, his orchestral scores have been performed by ensembles including the Atlanta Symphony and the Cleveland Orchestra, and in venues including Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC.
