This is evidenced by the high rate of voluntary turnover among new grads during their first year of employment. Job Ready's editorial charter is to explore the education to employment gap through root causes of this high rate of turnover. Towards this end, we hold kitchen-table style conversations with the experts who are working to create solutions.
