Administering a scholarship program involves several key components:

1. Budgeting:  Through EFFA and our team of scholarship experts, we can help you establish a budget, and then segment that budget across a set of scholarships that best help you achieve your funding goals.  Our scholarship inventory management tools help limit the amount and number of scholarships to be awarded.

2. Setting Criteria: We can help you define eligibility criteria and selection processes, including academic requirements, demographic targets, and application materials needed.  If you are looking to hire scholarship candidates, we can make sure that these applicants are qualified to work in the United States.  Our software supports the uploading and review of all required documentation for a given scholarship.

3. Sourcing:  We provide a variety of tools through EFFA.io that help source the specific candidates you want to reach with your scholarship offer.  These tools can filter candidates by region, state, country, ethnicity, gender, school, major/degree, and a number of other criteria.  We work with you to establish the mix of criteria that match your scholarship.

4. Branding:  We are experts in helping you brand your scholarship so that it best reflects that authentic voice and values of your Organization.  We follow scholarship branding guidelines that include the following components;

6. Application Management:  We work with you to develop a clear application process, and ensure all required documents are submitted.  Once developed, our team can administer the application process on your behalf.

7. Selection Process: We partner with you to establish a fair evaluation process.  Once developed, our team can form the committee to review applications and select recipients.  Or we can set your team up to perform this role.

8. Awarding and Funding Scholarships: Through our platform, we notify all candidates as to their status.  If a candidate is NOT awarded the scholarship, we provide them with funding alternatives through EFFA.io.   If the scholarship is awarded to the candidate, we manage the disbursement of funds, and ensure that these funds are used for educational purposes.  

9. Monitoring and Reporting:  We track student progress, gather feedback, and report on the program's impact for transparency and improvement.
