Scholarships can be linked through EFFA directly to specific job listings you have already created someplace else. In a typical use case, the employer uses the EFFA platform to engage candidates, qualify and train them for success before a job has been offered. Why? Because we have shown that we can forcefully increase employee retention through the first two years by employing our solution. We all know what it costs to replace a hire (SHRM estimates 1.5 times annual salary and benefits). An EFFA scholarship can be priced at any amount the employer chooses, and can be funded in milestone payments based upon key deliverables from the student. Examples could include personality profile and/or skills assessments, school projects tied to your industry, or onsite mentoring.
EFFA is NOT a Talent Acquisition platform in the true sense of the word. However, we share some of the same features:
Based on the search results, the key functionality of a talent acquisition platform for employers includes:
End-to-end scholarship solution: The EFFA platform can cover every stage of the decision process around selecting, engaging, and funding milestone-based scholarships.
Applicant Tracking: Centralized management of candidate data and recruitment updates.
Scholarship posting and distribution: Ability to create scholarship descriptions and post them on multiple platforms.
Candidate sourcing and filtering: Tools to find and screen potential candidates.
Interview management: Features for scheduling, conducting, and evaluating interviews.
Automated communications: Streamlined workflows for candidate engagement and notifications.
Analytics and reporting: Dashboards and customizable reports for recruitment data analysis.
Collaboration tools: Features that allow hiring teams to work together efficiently.
Integration capabilities: Ability to connect with existing TA systems and social networks.
Candidate relationship management: Tools for nurturing talent pools and maintaining connections with potential recipients.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) features: Reporting and tools to support diverse hiring practices.
Mobile accessibility: Platforms that work seamlessly on mobile devices for both recruiters and candidates.
AI and machine learning capabilities: Advanced matching algorithms and predictive analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
These functionalities aim to streamline the scholarship recruitment process, improve the quality of hires, enhance the candidate experience, and provide valuable insights to employers for strategic talent acquisition.
