We’ve made it simpler than ever for you to visit EFFA.io and create a milestone-based scholarship to attract, vet and prepare early career talent in your organization – and you don’t pay anything until the talent you wish to hire begins completing milestones.

 We call these scholarships, “EFFA’s,” and once you’ve completed yours, just click on the ‘share’ button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

You can send this scholarship to individuals in your pipeline, grab the link to include in your job announcement or copy the code to embed a button on your site. It’s this simple.
